How Should We Define Health?

Health is the state of being healthy, disease-free, and able to cope with the stresses of life. It includes both mental and physical well-being. And they should not neglect social determinants, such as poverty and violence.

In addition, health promotion requires the inclusion of individuals in the process. A common definition for health consists of preventing, treating, and promoting disease.
