In most cases the cause of gambling behavior is unknown but it can be treated. One of the most effective treatments for gambling addiction is called cognitive behavioral therapy. The main objective of this treatment is to identify and change your negative beliefs and replace them with positive ones. This will enable you to stop the habit and recover your lost financial resources and identity.
